If you make a request, we must respond to you without undue delay and in any event within one month.
To make a data protection rights request, please contact us using the contact details at the top of this privacy notice.

Our lawful bases for the collection and use of your data

Our lawful bases for collecting or using personal information for information updates or marketing purposes are:

• Legitimate interests – we’re collecting or using your information because it benefits you, our organisation or someone else, without causing an undue risk of harm to anyone. All of your data protection rights may apply, except the right to portability.

Our legitimate interests are:

o We are collecting names and email addresses of individuals who have expressed interest in testing our platform. This information allows us to provide relevant updates about the product, offer early access, and invite participation in user testing. This helps us gather valuable feedback to improve the platform before public release. We believe this processing is necessary and in the mutual interest of both parties — we benefit by ensuring the platform meets real user needs, and participants benefit by shaping a product designed to better support their goals. We collect only minimal data, use it respectfully, and provide clear ways to unsubscribe at any time. We believe the limited impact on individuals' privacy is outweighed by the value of inclusive, user-driven product development.

For more information on our use of legitimate interests as a lawful basis you can contact us using the contact details set out above.
